The accommodation
House rebuilt in 2021-2022 for a living area of about 200m2. Contemporary Tuscan style, designed by the interior designers Studio Feri of Montelpuciano. Complete and high quality furnishings. The house is fully equipped. Staff on site.
Host access
The house is rented in its entirety. Property of 3 hectares with a dominant position on the Maremma. Sea view of Monte Argentario on the left and the bay of Punta-Ala on the right. On a clear day you can see the mountains of Corsica.
The access is via a small private road at 500m from the small village of Pancole, which belongs to the municipality of Scansano (2km).

EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY IN A GREEN SETTING.
In southern Tuscany, at the top of a hill, is Pancole. The view from the BelColle property allows you to see the sea, the peninsula of Orbetello and the island of Elba. The legend even says that in case of good weather, you can see the mountains of Corsica.
This house of approx. 200m2 based on contemporary Tuscan architecture offers 3 bedrooms (+ an annex bedroom) and can accommodate up to 8 guests. All rooms have a private bathroom. Entirely rebuilt and extended in 2021, it meets the latest requirements in terms of equipment and technology.

The swimming pool, heated to approx. 28°C and treated with salt water, offers a unique view of the surrounding countryside and the sea. The pool, the jacuzzi and the outdoor fitness area (treadmill and elliptical trainer) will satisfy the most athletic.
A fully equipped kitchen, a grill and a pizza oven (wood fire) will allow you to take full advantage of the culinary advantages that Italy has to offer.
The house staff will take care of making your stay exclusive. Indeed, he will take care of setting the breakfast table and clearing it. In addition, daily cleaning and tidying up is included. Discreet and a great cook, the steward can prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests (services on request and not included in the rental price).
